Terms of Service
What StayGlow provides
StayGlow provides informational listing analysis and recommendations. The GlowScore is an independent StayGlow metric and is not an Airbnb, Vrbo, or other platform ranking, revenue, occupancy, or search score.
No guarantees
Recommendations do not guarantee bookings, revenue, occupancy, search ranking, visibility, or conversion rates.
Independence
StayGlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia Group, or their affiliates.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, and for complying with platform rules, local regulations, advertising requirements, and property disclosure requirements. Never publish an amenity or feature your property does not offer.
Payments
Full Glow-Up and StayGlow Pro Audit are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Paid reports include one complimentary reanalysis.
Content you upload
You retain ownership of your listing content and photos. You grant StayGlow permission to process them solely to produce your audit.
