Privacy Policy
What we collect
The listing details you provide, the photos you upload, your account email, and basic usage analytics. We never ask for your exact street address.
How your photos are used
Photos are used only to produce your audit. They are stored privately and are never public unless you explicitly enable sharing for a report.
What we never do
We never sell your uploaded listing content or photos, and we never include your private listing content, address, or personal information in analytics events.
Public share pages
A public GlowScore page shows only what you approve — by default nothing beyond the score itself. Paid recommendations, photos, and descriptions are never shared.
Deleting your data
You can delete a photo, a property, an analysis, or your entire account at any time. Deleting your account removes your properties, photos, and analyses.
